Assureds who have vessels carrying dangerous goods to and/or from Chinese ports should note that the Ministry of Transport in China (‘MOT’) has released amended “Regulations on the Safety Supervision and Management of Ships Carrying Dangerous Goods”.  These amended Regulations will come into effect on 1st March 2025 and replace the existing 2018 Regulations.
