Please note to obtain the ship’s inbound voyage authorization for proceeding to Black Sea Ukrainian ports (Chornomorsk, Odesa and Pivdennyi (Yuzhny)) from USPA and Ukrainian Navy at least the following documents are required:
- A guarantee letter from the Shipowner to be filled up, signed and stamped.
- A letter of Warranty and arrival form from the ship’s Master to be filled up, signed and stamped.
Due to the availability of chance refloating mines or misidentification of the vessel in the area of military threat - the vessel must proceed without stoppages and strictly by the recommended Routes.
Recently navigation was allowed during daylight hours between 02:00 - 17:00 UTC. On 14.03.2024 it was reported that the sea corridor to / from the Black Sea Ukrainian ports started to operate round the clock in order to increase the export volumes.

Ship’s Master at Anchorage Area No. 354 (Northern waiting area) has to:
- while arriving to the Ukrainian sea ports to switch off the navigation radar, in case it was switched on at the Route, and to switch on AIS in 5 miles before approaching Anchorage Area No. 354;
- while departing from the Ukrainian sea ports to switch off AIS and in case of need to switch on the navigation radar on the Route, if the same is required by the navigational conditions.
Please also note that there is a curfew in Odesa Region from 00.00 to 05.00 am. The ports continue operations during the curfew.
During the air raid alarms operations at the port are to be stopped and port workers have to proceed to the bomb shelters.
