Fire broke out on board the tanker Antares, at Puerto Bolivar, Colombia, on July 19.
At the time of the incident, four personnel were on board,carrying out repairs and maintenance duties, who also alarmed Port Captaincy.
After the call, port firefighters and emergency team responded, managing to tackle the fire after several hours of firefighting.
The extent of damages is unknown. and the tanker is docked in port for some 3 years already.
The tanker was undergoing repairs.
